Adrina Wolf

Adrina joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in February of 2020 as Director of Talent Acquisition.  Adrina supports the human capital needs of the firm and serves as a strategic partner to attract and retain top talent.  In her role she manages the full lifecycle of the M+N recruiting process, finding and retaining exemplary employees in multiple markets.

Prior to joining Maloney + Novotny, Adrina was a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for a large telecom audit company with representatives across the United States and Canada. She also worked for a private, nationally ranked engineering, architectural, and management services company recruiting for technical, administrative and management roles.

Adrina has a proven track record for producing hiring results.  She is experienced in building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management.  She has a sharp eye for talent and a steady commitment to help employees find the right fit in our firm, driving corporate culture and high performance.

Adrina graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2013.
