Ashley Finney

Ashley is an Executive Recruiter with over a decade of search experience predominantly within the Life Science industry. She joined Bench International in late 2020 as Vice President, Executive Recruitment, and was promoted in August 2021 to Senior Vice President.

Acting as a true "headhunter," Ashley is relentless in her efforts to identify the best talent, both technically and culturally. Over the years she has developed a national network of Executives within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries, and currently recruits at the Vice President, C-suite and Board levels. She is passionate about placing Executives who will help to shape the future of medicine and improve patient outcomes for generations to come.
