Carolyn Kimmick

Carolyn is an executive search professional with blend of agency and in-house experience. She is the first hire onto the Executive Recruiting team at Better, where she is responsible for building the function from the ground up, defining the agenda that supports the leadership hiring strategy, and recruiting top executive talent to drive Better's blitzscaling growth.


She partners with founder-led leadership teams and thrives on solving challenges by unlocking potential in people. She serves as a strategic and trusted advisor to ambitious, mission-oriented entrepreneurs. Carolyn is regarded as globally minded, impact-driven and mission-led.

Carolyn is a graduate of Trinity College where she received her Bachelor's' degree in International Studies and Spanish. In her spare time, Carolyn is an avid traveler and culinary enthusiast.
