Chance Smith

Prior to joining Delta Construction Partners Chance spent the last 8 years working directly as a Senior Level Recruiter in the Healthcare field. He also worked several years as a Recruiter for an online university and did Career Services for a medical school. He has a passion for building rapport with people and truly getting to know them on a personal level. He is very excited to get back into the industry he considers “his working roots”.

When Chance is not changing lives through recruiting, he enjoys taking his boat out, fishing with his son, kayaking and just being in the Florida sun. He volunteers at the local YMCA coaching 3 to 5-year-olds Soccer and T-Ball.  His hobbies include hunting, playing basketball, exercising, camping, and traveling.

Chance truly enjoys working with people over products. He loves the fulfillment of helping others reach their professional goals, obtain their dream job, or advance their career.
