Charles Galanti is new to the Chicago area and recently joined the Phyton Talent Advisors team as their Senior Executive Recruiter. Phyton provides top-tier talent for the world’s most competitive industries. While headquartered in NYC (offices in Charlotte & London) Charles is remotely working on a team among trusted, strategic advisors within technology, ranging from Software & Applications to Infrastructure & Operations.

Prior to joining Phyton, Charles started his staffing career at Robert Half Technology as a Technical Recruiter four years ago. After 2.5 years of tenure, he climbed the corporate ladder and accepted his 3rd promotion as Lead Recruiter.

• Placed 53 consultants on long-term assignments in 2020

• Placed more than 500 consultants on short-term and long-term assignments since April, 2017

• Consistently maintained a book of 15-25 candidates on billing

Charles is passionate about his work and considers himself a labor consultant, not a ‘head hunter.’ An avid net-worker, Charles was involved in ‘Tech on Tap’ and has been invited to speak on the topic of providing in-depth interview analyses at LeaderQuest, New Horizons, and Generation Jacksonville. Charles holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
