Courtney Nelson

Courtney joined Informa Markets in March of 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Leader. Courtney supports and serves as a strategic partner in all of the staffing initiatives for multiple industries such as Fashion, Maritime, Beauty, Health, Construction, etc. within the US.

Prior to joining Informa Markets, Courtney was a Corporate Recruiting Manager for a sales and marketing company within the retail/grocery chains. In this role she was not only a strategic business partner but the system administrator for the recruiting platforms utilized within the company. Courtney was able to lead multiple teams throughout her 10 year tenure that included Corporate Recruiting, High Volume Recruiting, 3rd Party Staffing, etc.

Courtney has a proven track record in leading and developing recruitment teams to succeed in hiring initiatives. She is skilled in building relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates. She is known to be detail oriented and metric driven.

Courtney believes that there are 3 major components in the hiring process and that is her teams experience, the candidate experience, and the hiring team experience.
