I have worked in multiple leadership roles within the Recruiting and Human Resources verticals over the past 12 years; most recently providing support to a staffing firm that works directly with Microsoft before pivoting to my new role in Aviation.

I have a big personality and loves to produce big results. My passion is people, growth, and talent management. I strive to provide opportunity with intent and change with reason.

I am originally from New Orleans and has been in WA for almost 6 years. I am very big on family and goes home often.
