Dorian Caccamo

Dorian was an HR practitioner that progressed in her HR career before transitioning to executive search.
I understand both sides of corporate and agency recruiting.  My sense of urgency in responding to client
needs has attributed to my success. I am service oriented and understand the pressures of HR having to
fill a role in a candidate driven market. My clients view me as an extension of their recruiting arm, in
that we provide an enjoyable candidate experience on behalf of our clients. I enjoy specializing in
placing marketing professionals. Marketing titles are broad, but each client’s needs are unique and that
is where my skills help in identifying candidates my clients can hire.
