Eric leads global talent for ThoughtSpot, where data is democratized and allows leaders to model the future. ThoughtSpot (a pre-IPO company) was founded by the Co-founders of Nutanix, has a current market cap of $1.95B.

Most recently he lead global talent at Tradeshift, the unicorn, pre-IPO that is poised to be the largest Fintech. Eric has led Talent Acquisition globally at 4 cloud-based organizations where he built high-performance recruiting teams, established performance-based environments, aligned recruiting to meet the needs of the business, leveraged both technology and sourcing capabilities (including via social media), and redefined employer brand.

"1 of 100 Great Disruptive Heroes" in Bill Jensen's new book, Disrupt!, Eric is also the Co-Founder and Trustee of Lean Communities. Eric has presented at ERE and #SOSUASIA (Sourcing Summit) and was a panelist at SourceCon 2015.

Eric established two Human Capital consulting and executive search firms and has led talent strategies for a strategy and process consulting firm. As a lean practitioner, he has led Talent-based Process Transformation at Fortune 500 corporations. Further, he led a Strategic Business Unit for a global, multi-billion dollar, enterprise Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) provider.
