Geri has over twenty years’ experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, spanning multiple industries including Retail, Agency Recruiting, Healthcare IT, and Biotechnology. She is a strong leader, an analytical thinker and a creative problem solver with a demonstrated track record of driving innovative operations, process improvements and effective customer-centric enhancements.
Geri re-joined Karyopharm in November, 2019. She is responsible for leading the global Talent Acquisition function, with a focus on people, culture and building a recruiting team, systems, processes, and programs that enable to company to achieve growth and business goals.
Before joining Karyopharm, Geri was the Director of Recruiting Programs and Executive Search at athenahealth. In her twelve years with athenahealth she helped the company achieve numerous “Best-In-Class” employer accolades and diversity awards. She also helped the company grow, and expand their corporate footprint to multiple, locations across the US.
Prior to athenahealth, Geri spent five years at Winter Wyman, an award-winning talent acquisition firm. Her focus was primarily permanent recruiting in the Accounting and Finance division.
Geri earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.
