Graig Paglieri

As the CEO of Randstad Technologies Group, I am responsible for day-to-day operational leadership and strategic decision-making for the technologies, engineering, life sciences, federal, Celerity, offshore, and solutions lines of business. I also lead Randstad’s central delivery team, which develops disruptive, industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business solutions.

Prior to Randstad, I was chief delivery officer at Kforce, leading the segmentation and considerable transformation of the firm's recruiting and sales operations. Previous to this, I was managing associate for Scott, Madden & Associates and Arthur Andersen, where my work was primarily focused on mergers and integrations in the energy sector.

While the majority of my experience has been within the staffing and recruiting industry, my first career was with the U.S. Marine Corps. This opportunity provided me with the unique ability to develop leadership capabilities and enhance decision-making skills and dexterity — all of which I have applied over the last decade. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
