Holly Mallowes

Holly Mallowes joins MMC as the Talent Acquisition Leader for Marsh in the US. In this role she will partner with Marsh leaders from both the business and human resources to understand their talent needs and work with her TA partners to align our execution strategy.

Holly joins the MMC team with over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and sourcing. Most recently she was the Director of Talent Sourcing & Research at JUUL Labs, where she was charged with building a Talent Sourcing & Research Organization to support hyper-growth and reduce agency reliance. Prior to that she was the Global Sourcing Leader at Raytheon, where she developed and executed strategic and innovative sourcing methodologies that would attract high caliber talent to strategically position Raytheon for current and future growth, as well as to build leadership talent pipelines globally. Holly also was the founder of her own recruiting consulting firm, iTEK Recruitment, which she ran for 7 years.

Holly has expertise in hiring, sourcing, developing strong teams and client management, additionally she has done numerous speaking engagements on these topics and more with regard to talent.
