Jacob Kramer is an award-winning TA executive whose digital transformation strategies have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at U.S. Xpress, one of the largest logistics companies in the United States. His team’s work has been recognized by industry leaders, winning Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Award for Most Innovative Talent Acquisition Solution.
