Jeffrey Waterman

Jeff is an employee of America's newest military branch the United States Space Force and is the first civilian recruiter hired. He previously worked as a contractor supporting Talent Management efforts out of Los Angeles Air Force Base at Space Systems Command, but not supports all 3 major Space Force Commands as of November 2021.

The main goals of Space Force Talent Management are to recruit top talent, train them to be the best they can be, and create a culture/brand that makes employees excited to come to work every day so they can retain them for as long as possible!
