JeRayle Franklin

JeRayle is a passionate recruiting professional who loves impacting people in a positive way! He has over 10 years of experience connecting talent with opportunity both on the corporate and agency side. He has a background in recruiting in Aviation, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction, HR, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Account Management, Sales, and Retail Store Operations.  He is currently a Senior Talent Advisor at American Airlines supporting corporate recruitment on the Global Talent Acquisition team.

JeRayle graduated from Southern Nazarene University earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. There, he also played college basketball for 4 years.

Outside of recruiting, JeRayle enjoys traveling, playing basketball, working out, coaching, and spending time with his family!
