John N. Rogers

John brings almost 25 years of combined agency and corporate talent acquisition experience from innovative companies such as Tyco and Direct Energy.  John in his new role develops hiring solutions that enable SBM to become consistently known as the Best Place to Work.  John also plays a critical role in defining the people's agenda that supports SBM's hiring strategy.

John is regarded as a smart, mission-driven executive that understands business at the visceral level.  John's strategic vision and excellent leadership skills will propel SBM into being a first-class organization when it comes to talent acquisition.

John is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he received his bachelor's degree in Communications.  When not busy at work you can find John on the golf course trying to lower his handicap!
