Louise is an expert in the online recruitment space; a job board consultant, digital recruitment specialist, and industry influencer. For the past twenty years, Louise has been an advocate for supporting job boards and the online recruitment industry and helps them provide the best experience to their candidates and customers. In 2012 she created the Jobg8 Summit, a two-day conference that brings the industry together twice a year in the UK & USA to openly discuss changes in the online recruitment world.
