Marisa McHenry

I come from a family of physicians and knew I wanted to align a sense of purpose with my career.  Knowing the clinical side of HC would not be for me, I went into healthcare sales and began to grow my career.  Recruiting was a natural progression from sales and so my healthcare recruiting career began.  Finding talent and doing my small part to change lives continues to provide the passion and drive needed to succeed in this industry.  Sales force development has been my sweet spot, but I have recruited for Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Product and Biz Ops.  I love when my candidate's accept and are grateful and excited!
