Mark “Tony” Boyle is currently a Recruitment Manager & Diversity Specialist with BigSpring. BigSpring is a mobile lifelong skilling platform with a mission to provide a direct path to employment for everyone. Prior to joining BigSpring, Mark enjoyed a successful 3-year career with Facebook and 6-year career with TEKsystems. At the highest level, he helped identify strong industry leaders as well as forward thinkers to join Facebook to help make the world more connected. He helped Facebook redefine the way they attract and hire top talent. TEKsystems is the largest privately-owned IT Staffing provider in North America. He began his career as a Recruiter for the application development product line and steadily rose through the ranks to become an Account Manager who served several international banks and investment banks within New York. Mark has had a successful career leading strategic teams and building new business relationships.
Mark is passionate about technology, education and championing diversity in the technology industry. He was the co-lead for his ERG team at TEKsystems and he was an active member of the Rotary Club of Metro New York. He also helped with the successful relaunch of the Zeta Psi Business Fraternity at Marist College.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Marist College. He is currently in the process of completing his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University. He also holds two recruiting certifications and a certification from Cornell University in Marketing Strategy.
