Melisa Godinez

Melisa joined Echo Global Logistics in June of 2018 as a Sales Recruiter, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in March. Melisa is super passionate about connecting people to great opportunities. She supports the sales side of the business, bringing different strategic methods to attract new talent. Melisa also strives to ensure her team is bringing in diverse talent and focuses on making a difference. Prior to Echo, Melisa worked as a District Recruiting Manager for Farmers Insurance, where she played a role in finding new agency owners.

Melisa has built very strong relationships with her networking presence and has been successful meeting hiring initiatives. Her success comes from the strong relationships she builds with her candidates. Her ultimate goal is for each candidate to have the best experience possible!

Melisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. Her hobbies include: hair/makeup freelance work, traveling and working out.
