Nicholas is a Lead Technical Recruiter with 7+ years experience in technical recruitment specializing in Software, Data, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure recruitment. Nicholas is currently pursuing his master's degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.
Nicholas has built out interview process from the ground up and has been part of many transformation projects including: building the internal mobility program, pipeline recruitment program, implementing new tools, and helping streamline the interview process. Nicholas is solutions-oriented, with the ability to analyze relevant data to recommend successful strategies and projects to meet business needs.
Nicholas is excited to start his new opportunity as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Slack, where they're on a mission to make working life simpler, more pleasant and more productive—for everyone. Nicholas will be partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing people for Slack.
