Noelle Holdsworth

Noelle Holdsworth is the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America Sourcing at Sutherland. She is responsible for leading the team that actively attracts and engages potential candidates for opportunities in our US, Canada & Jamaica locations. With a background in recruitment marketing and talent strategy, Noelle leverages an integrated marketing approach to meet the talent needs of the business. She is also a board member for Talent Brand Alliance, an organization focused on furthering the industry of employer branding and recruitment marketing. She graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Management and an emphasis in Human Resources.
