Olivia Heditsian

Olivia is a member of the Executive Recruiting team at Indeed. She works across all functions of the organization hiring senior leaders responsible for growing and guiding the future of Indeed. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team while providing a best-in-class, white glove recruiting experience to candidates.With 11+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, Olivia has held a variety of roles within the high-tech and staffing arenas. Before joining Indeed in 2017, she worked at LinkedIn in sales helping her clients leverage the LinkedIn platform to identify, recruit and hire top talent for their organizations. Previous to LinkedIn, she worked at an IT staffing and consulting firm in business development and recruiting roles.Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from American University in Washington, D.C. where she was a member of the women’s soccer team. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her growing family, partaking in all things sports and fitness related, traveling the globe and exploring the exciting restaurant and food-truck scene in Austin!
