Rachel specializes in diversity recruitment and building inclusive and sustainable recruitment programs. For over six years, she has focused on building recruitment programs that empower candidates, hiring teams, and clients, and being a champion for diversity and inclusion. Rachel’s focus allows her to deliver top talent and cultivate partnerships without cutting corners or compromising candidate experience.



In addition to being an award-winning corporate diversity recruiter, Rachel is an experienced recruitment program manager, talent acquisition strategist, high volume recruiter, diversity focused sourcer, and hiring manager trainer. She received the Diversity Spirit Achievement award in 2020, in recognition of her active support of diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices, by the largest diversity-focused career fair in the United States, City Career Fair.
