Rebecca Boersma

Rebecca Boersma joined SurveyMonkey in April 2020 to build the company's first in-house Executive Recruiting function. She is responsible for developing SurveyMonkey's strategic framework for executive hiring and delivering on some of the company's most critical leadership hires.

Before joining SurveyMonkey, Rebecca served as an Executive Recruiter at Box focused on senior hires in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales. Before moving in-house, Rebecca spent several formative years in executive search with H.I Executive Consulting.

Her experience spans several functional areas with industry-specific depth in the Digital and Technology sectors. Rebecca has placed Board Directors, C-level executives and VPs for Fortune 500 organizations, private equity portfolio companies, top management consulting firms, venture-backed businesses, and one of the top 15 publicly traded SaaS companies.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Jacobus and their dog, Cinnamon.
