Robina has a wide range of recruiting and training skills that she brings to her new role as a Corporate Recruiter for West Shore Home. Previously, she spearheaded the hiring, training, and continued education initiatives for recruiters who covered various verticals including IT, Engineering, Creative, Scientific, and many others.
She is very process oriented, organized, and an overall team player- all of these attributes help with her continued success in the talent acquisition arena.
