When I first graduated college, I went into teaching. After 3 years, I realized that I wanted to be in a role that would lead to more fulfillment, success, and growth. When I looked into different roles in corporate, I realized that being a recruiter would be a perfect fit, and I was right! I want to do this career forever. I am extremely fortunate that SHI took a chance on me. SHI has changed my life both professionally and personally. They promised those qualities I was looking for in a career and I have already seen it come to reality with this new opportunity as an Enterprise Sales Recruiter.
