Stefanie Thornton

Stefanie Thornton is a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience building and leading Talent Acquisition teams to drive business efficiency.  She has worked within multiple industries including Automotive, Healthcare and Telecommunications.  As Head of Talent Acquisition with Faurecia, Stefanie has oversight for North American recruitment which includes diversity recruitment, university & early talent programs, employment branding and assessment.

Throughout her career she has acquired specialized knowledge in areas including talent innovation strategy, talent technology implementation for enterprise organizations, diversity recruitment strategy, career branding and building early talent programs. Stefanie is a frequent national speaker offering thought leadership on a variety of topics at events such as Bersin, OracleWorld, HR Tech and Society ofWomen Engineers.

Stefanie is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Social Science. She is also a graduate of Leadership Detroit Class XXXIV.  Stefanie serves as a board member on the Michigan State University Executive Forum and asDirector of Corporate Development for ALPFA (Association of Hispanic &Latino Professionals for America).
