Terrance Bowman

Based in Wilmington, DE, Terrance is an enterprise Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and talent acquisition executive with experience in creating a culture of inclusion across global organizations.  Terrance has a passion for technology, having started his career as a software engineer.  He leverages his analytical background to create innovative solutions to complex problems related to human capital and diversity talent attraction.

Terrance is a mentor to several aspiring underrepresented students and has dedicated countless hours to create pathways for them to achieve academic and professional success.  

Terrance is thrilled to be leading Capital One’s campus diversity recruiting function which will help  bring ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to banking.  He is also excited to have the opportunity to disrupt an entire industry while supporting customers, communities, and teammates on a daily basis.
