Inclusive employee benefits shape your team members’ engagement and satisfaction. The perks offered at a workplace influences a team member’s loyalty to the company. For instance, an inadequate benefits package could cause hires to jump ship to competitor companies with better offerings tailored to their needs.

While employee benefits traditionally revolved around vacation time off, bonuses, and retirement plans, the Digital Age has indicated changing priorities and sentiments among hires. These days, employees favor flexible schedules and holistic wellness, driven by a sense of purpose.

According to a LinkedIn survey, 76% of employees and job seekers said diversity was important when considering job offers. As such, incorporating inclusive employee benefits could provide a major boost to talent acquisition in the event that the job market takes a competitive turn.

We compiled 17 inclusive employee benefits to apply in 2026 to help your company attract qualified candidates and consistently fill the talent gap.

17 Inclusive Employee Benefits for 2026

#1 Mental Health Support

Mental Health America’s “The State of Mental Health in America” report revealed that 23.4% of adults in America (an estimated 60 million people) experienced AMI (any mental illness) in the last year.

Many of these conditions display subtle symptoms like appetite and sleep pattern changes that may go overlooked while reducing a person’s quality of life.

Mental health conditions like anxiety and depressive disorders tend to worsen with stress buildup and burnout at the workplace. The World Health Organization (WHO) shared that organizations globally lose 12 billion productive work days annually to depression and anxiety alone, at a cost of nearly US$1 trillion.

Consider improving your workforce’s resilience in 2026 by providing mental health packages that include:

  • Sponsoring subscriptions for mental wellness and mindfulness apps like Headspace, Calm, and Happify. These applications should cover a wide span of mental health needs such as stress management, substance abuse plans, and remote therapy.
  • Offering video counseling services from certified and licensed therapists.
