ANSR, which helps multinational firms set up their global capability centers (GCCs) in countries like India, today announced the acquisition of FastNext, an artificial intelligence driven technology firm in an all stock deal. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
ANSR establishes global capability centers (GCCs), also known as captive centers, in India, and has powered the recruitment of over 70,000 since its founding. The acquisition of FastNet adds additional AI and automation capabilities to ANSR's subsidiary talent500, a job search and placement platform for IT talent in India.
