HireClix, a recruitment marketing services company, today announced it has joined the Workday Partner program. The partnership gives Workday customers access to HireClix's full suite of career site services through the Workday Marketplace. This will help employers increase job visibility, strengthen the employer brand, and drive more qualified applicants.
As a Workday Partner, HireClix extends the Workday ecosystem with recruitment marketing expertise that helps organizations attract, engage, and convert qualified talent.
"Today's job seekers expect more from employers than in past years. They are using AI, navigating fake job ads on job boards, and demanding a better candidate experience. They need a career site that feels more like online shopping than the typical dated application process. No longer will they tolerate lengthy applications or difficult interfaces," said Neil Costa, CEO and Founder at HireClix. "The candidate experiences we build for clients mirror the simplicity and convenience of today's e-commerce experience, which is what this partnership is designed to deliver for Workday customers. With a strong integration with Workday, we can create faster, more intuitive career sites that can retain, engage, and convert prospective candidates."
Workday customers will benefit from an improved candidate experience, elevated employer brand features, faster content updates, smarter career site analytics, and a scalable recruitment marketing foundation. As job seeker behavior changes, it is also increasingly important for employers to be discoverable by large language models (LLMs). Every HireClix career site is search engine optimized (SEO) and answer engine optimized (AEO), helping ensure employers' job content and career sites can be easily found regardless of which channels job seekers are engaging.
Additional key features available now include:
Branded Candidate Experiences: HireClix Career Sites are built to reflect the client's employer brand through custom design concepts – not templates. The solution allows Workday clients to showcase strong brand assets, employee stories, smart navigation, and an intuitive search with customizable filtering and predictive search capabilities. The overall personalization within the career site allows employers to bring an e-commerce style experience to job seekers.
Search and AI-Ready Pages: Being able to properly leverage career site content is a key strategic factor in attracting job seekers directly to career sites. HireClix Career Site content is built with search and answer engine optimization in mind, improving organic visibility and helping candidates easily discover the employer's opportunities through search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
