Radancy, a recruitment marketing and technology company formerly known as TMP, has acquired employee referral technology company FirstBird. The acquisition of  is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Radancy rebranded from TMP in January 2021, and offers clients a blend of advertisings services as well as tools for the candidate journey, most notably their career-site offering (formely known as TalentBrew). To-date, the company had not offered their own employee referral solutions. This is their first acquisition since 2019.

FirstBird will continue to operate out of their headquarters in Vienna, Austria, and will operate as Firstbird, a Radancy Company. It will be led by its current Chief Executive Officer, co-founder Arnim Wahls.
