Are you a Recruitment Marketer that can combine creative thinking, exceptional execution, and then show the ROI of the strategies through analytical data driven results?

Do you focus on results first and what your recruitment marketing strategies and tactics deliver in the way of better qualified candidates vs just focusing on CPC?

If you agree with the first two statements, then as the potential new Recruitment Marketing Manager for PSG Global Solutions, this career changing opportunity is just for you.

First, let us tell you a little more about PSG, then we will tell you more about the opportunity and see if it fits your work style and career aspirations.

PSG is the world’s largest and fastest growing provider of recruiting support (RPO). PSG has clients across the globe, including four of the world’s ten largest staffing companies, 20% of the Staffing Industry Analysts Top 50, and some of the most respected Fortune 500 corporations. With decades of experience in both recruiting and the broader outsourced services sector (BPO), our services are easy to implement, cost effective, and drive real bottom line results.

We have a 4.4 rating with a 96% CEO approval rating on Glassdoor, so we believe we are a pretty cool place to work

About the opportunity

As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will partner with senior leadership and our delivery teams on executing creative content and talent attraction marketing strategies to attract diverse talent for our clients.

A week in the life of a person in this role could look like this:

  • Act a consultant and understand the delivery teams’ objectives to support a client, partner and advise them on campaign options with the right budget allocation to produce the greatest results.
  • Identify the right target audiences through analytical investigation of market demographics and advise delivery leadership on challenges, opportunities and recommendations based on presenting the data insights.
  • Leverage data and insights to create effective budget planning and reporting.
  • Work with PSG leadership on strategies, solutions, and investments to drive more effective outcomes for our clients.
  • Create A/B testing of ad subject lines, content, images to determine which ads for certain demographics produce the best results.
  • Manage ad campaigns for performance and ROI. Adjust the strategy on CPC bids in some areas will require increases to improve CPC and CPA’s.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting back to leadership on job postings and ad performance with suggestions on adjustments in the strategy where needed based off your analytical insights.
  • Strategic analysis of the overall PSG recruitment marketing strategy to proactively identify which channels produce the greatest ROI by different job family’s vs geographies vs other data sets that you identify as key factors to gain increased results.
  • Partner with the delivery teams to help create more engaging job descriptions that stand out from the vanilla boring content we see online today.

The experience you have already gained:

You have been working in the Talent Acquisition ecosystem for the last couple of years, so you already get the challenges around how to identify, attract and nurture talent. If you are recruitment marketing practioneer who has worked for an RPO or BPO, then you will have gained experience and knowledge that will give you a competitive advantage.

You have experience with Programmatic Job Advertising and Social Advertising platforms and know the mechanics of how to adjust campaigns to mitigate underperformance while maximizing CPC, CPA and most importantly, driving the optimal candidate traffic to meet client demand.

You have experience with creating interesting and engaging content for a diverse set of demographics.

You have interfaced on a regular basis with senior leadership and have learn’t the art of impact and influence by telling beautiful data driven stories.

While we are not a start-up, you think like you are in one and are the type of person who is a builder vs a maintainer. You are ok with the fact that not all systems are perfect, but you are the type of person who is driven to build better ones.

While having experience doing the role before is foundational to someone in the role. What makes you an exceptional candidate are the skills you already possess:

You are Analytical = You eat data for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You get excited about the insights data unlocks.

You are Constantly Curious = You do not like phrases like, “Well, we have always done it this way”. You seek to understand why and is there a better way.

You are Continuously Learning = You thrive on understanding and learning new things and have a veracious appetite to listen, absorb and apply your new skills to bigger challenges.

You are Proactive = You are not the type of person that is waiting to be told what to do. You naturally inspect situations and come to discussions with options and recommendations.

You are Creative = You are willing to try new things and to break new ground to gain a competitive advantage on talent attraction and engagement strategies. You are probably the type of person that could have told us how to write this as a better job description and would have also provided the data and rationale to support your case.
