Jen’s background as a practitioner involved evolving recruiting staffing organizations to become a robust, metrics-driven, service-delivery talent acquisition consultative talent acquisition function. As a consultant with Korn Ferry, she worked closely with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division to align Employer Brand and Talent Communications initiatives for clients. In her current role as Senior Consultant for HireClix, she provides hands on guidance as well as thought leadership to TA global clients.
