Cielo, a leading global RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), has acquired recruitment technology consulting practice Talent Function, according to an announcement released today.. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to Cielo founder and CEO, Sue Marks: "Talent Function boasts impressive capabilities and expertise in consulting. We're excited to have them join our team to further enhance our practices." She adds: "Our clients, and the market, are looking for more support in creating and delivering on their TA transformation vision – this strategic acquisition is one of the ways we will keep empowering our forward-leaning HR and TA partners."

Talent Function was founded by industry veteran Elaine Orler in 2009, and is headquartered in San Diego. Orler's new title at Cielo will be Senior Vice President, Technology Consulting.
