HireClix, a leading recruitment marketing services company, today announced the expansion of its Employer Brand Network (EBN) with a new Connected TV (CTV) advertising solution, enabling enterprise employers to extend their employer brand campaigns to premium streaming environments where audiences increasingly consume content.

As job seeker behavior continues to evolve alongside changing media consumption habits, employers must rethink how and where they engage talent. HireClix’s Connected TV solution empowers organizations to present their employer brand to passive candidates through highly targeted video advertising experiences delivered directly on streaming platforms and smart TV devices.

Through the Employer Brand Network, employers can now activate employer branding campaigns across Connected TV inventory, including Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, Disney+, and ESPN, allowing companies to showcase their culture, mission, career opportunities, and employee value proposition in a highly engaging, brand-safe environment.

The new offering combines the power of consumer advertising tactics with recruitment marketing expertise to help organizations build awareness and consideration with their prospective talent audiences before they ever begin searching for jobs. By leveraging geographic, demographic, behavioral, content-driven and audience targeting capabilities, HireClix helps employers deliver relevant messaging to the right candidates on the channels they use most.

“Today’s candidates are consumers at heart. Employers need to evolve their recruitment marketing alongside changing consumer behaviors and engage talent where they are spending time,” said Neil Costa, CEO and Founder at HireClix. “Employers need to search for signs of life through smart employer branding campaigns targeting new pools of candidates. If they aren’t considering connected TV for their employer branding efforts, they are doing themselves and their organizations a disservice. Connected TV through EBN gives organizations a powerful opportunity to tell authentic employer brand stories.”

HireClix’s Connected TV campaigns are designed to be flexible, measurable, and easy to activate. Employers can leverage existing video assets or engage HireClix to develop new creative assets tailored to streaming audiences. At certain campaign levels, HireClix will develop creative assets at no additional charge beyond the media costs. Any HireClix EBN campaign can direct potential applicants to career sites, landing pages, talent communities, hiring events or other destinations. Campaign performance is supported by integrated reporting and analytics that provide visibility into audience reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

“While initially a test, EBN’s Connected TV reinforced our strategy that reaching production talent requires expanding beyond traditional channels. Taking a more creative approach, we were able to engage passive talent where they naturally unwind, from streaming their favorite series at home to watching on the go,” said Rachel O'Neill, Talent Marketing Manager, Americas at MilliporeSigma.
