New Internal Mobility Solution, WORQDRIVE, goes into Private Beta

Parsons Strategic Consulting is announcing the private beta of their new internal mobility offering. The product is designed to be employee-first. Talent can store and validate their skills and then be discovered for their skill strengths vs. their name or department. Essentially, WORQDRIVE is an anonymous database of employees’ validated skills, that are then matched with open jobs, while also allowing recruiters to tap them for new jobs anonymously.

According to their press release, the goal is to move beyond post-and-pray as a go-to solution for internal mobility and internal job boards by offering employees a solution which is largely intuitive, seamless, and allows employers to retain talent which may be becoming restless.

Reached for comment, Tracey Parsons (founder of Parsons Strategic Consulting), told RNN "the offering is internal mobility your employees will rally around. Our target market is companies with more than 1,000 employees. Our initial offering will be integrated with iCIMS, so iCIMS customers’ implementation will be FAST! We will expand to other HCMs as they come." The go-live date: "We are in implementation with our first customer now. We are only accepting 5 customers in our private beta this year. First customer will be live in late April/early May."

She added that WORQDRIVE is "currently in private beta. We are only accepting 5 customers this year, we have 4 slots left. If you’d like to be an early adopter, drop us a DM."
