Q4 2019 showed talent acquisition surge ahead of HCM with total deal volume of USD $566 million. This was fueled by one of the biggest mega rounds of the year in RigUp ($300M), a marketplace job board focused on the oil and gas industry. HCM reported total deal volume of USD $393 million and also delivered a large mega round in hastee ($269M), an on demand pay app.
