Paradox Acquires Traitify for a Reported $40 Million Bringing Seamless Modern Candidate and Employee Assessment into Its Conversational Platform

Paradox, the enterprise recruiting conversational AI platform today announced the acquisition of Traitify a mobile-first candidate and employee assessment app that helps make better hiring decisions, especially in high volume recruiting environments. While the terms of the deal were undisclosed, sources close to the transaction put the deal at $40 million.

This is a strategic acquisition for Paradox. As the early mover and now one of the market leaders in conversational AI for recruiting, embedding a scientifically validated assessment that is proven in high volume recruiting gives them a competitive edge. Traitify is really the only assessment we’ve seen that redesigned the experience for candidates and employers, making it completely visual, fast (under 2 minutes), and providing immediate feedback to candidates.

WorkTech has done work with both Paradox and Traitify over the years, and the alignment between cultures is clear. Both are thoughtful teams with a focus on delivering for customers and making a positive impact for candidates and employees.

Having a high-level understanding of the product roadmaps for both shops, customers should see some exciting innovations in the long term from this addition to the Paradox platform.
